Cook toor daal, lentil, 1 tomato chopped and palak for 2 whistles
Heat oil and add mustard
Add garlic and when it turns brown add curry leaves and chillies
Add onion and salt.
Add tomatoes when onion turn brown and when tomato turn mushy add seasoning and spices
Mash the dal or stir with stirer
Transfer it into the kadai and mix well.
Add some water if required
Add 2 tsp turmeric pulp and some jaggery
Bring to boil and serve
